1. Overview
We provide after-sales support for all orders.

2. Custom Orders & Repaint Service
Our store primarily provides custom repaint services and made-to-order items.
All orders are:
- Customized based on individual customer requests
- Not mass-produced
- Processed only after customer confirmation
Before the repainting service begins, we will confirm all order details with the customer via email.
Once the customer confirms and the repainting service has started:
- The deposit is non-refundable
- Custom repaint service orders are not eligible for return or refund
If the customer does not agree with the order details before the repainting service begins, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Return Eligibility (Non-Custom Items Only)
For non-custom items, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original tags are attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages, Issues & Delivery Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- An incorrect item

5. Shipping Protection & Insurance
To ensure customer protection and reduce logistics-related risks:
- Eligible orders are covered by shipping protection / insurance
- In case of package loss or delivery issues, customers may be eligible for full compensation of the order value, subject to verification
This significantly reduces the risk of disputes related to shipping issues.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized items (including repaint services)
- Orders already in the repainting process or completed
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7. Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us first.
For custom-made items:
- Exchanges are generally not accepted due to personal preference
- If there is a quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions
8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
However:
- Custom-made or personalized items are generally exempt from this right
For eligible items, they must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
